Help our Swish go with a Swing!

Fulbourn’s first Swish
Sunday 29 November 1.30 – 4.00pm
Townley Hall, Home End,
Fulbourn CB21 5BS

As part of the Circular Economy, Fulbourn Forum will be holding a Swish, supported by Cambridge Carbon Footprint.

Free entry

A Swish is simply people coming together with clothes, shoes and accessories they no longer want or need, then letting others take them away for free. Men, women and childrens’ wear must be good quality, such as you might give a friend. No baby clothes, please.

This provides a viable alternative to buying new clothes, whilst providing a way to recycle easily. It’s a good way to get a new wardrobe that’s easy on the wallet and great for the environment.

Drop off your items between 1.30 and 2.15pm, and while we sort your clothes, there will be refreshments and environmentally friendly stalls from local groups. Swishing will start at 2.30 and end at 4pm.

Start checking the family cupboards now for clothes and accessories in good condition! Donations are requested to help with the cost of hall hire and other overheads. The Café is open from 1.30pm, serving tea, coffee and home baked goodies, also for a donation.

Help our Swish go with a Swing! Tell your family and friends, inviting them to bring along their contributions too. fulbournforum@gmail.com
