Hosted by Fulbourn Forum and chaired by the Head of Climate at The Wildlife Trusts.
Booking required – please see below.
In November 2025, a public information initiative event called The People’s Emergency Briefing brought together an invited audience of over 1,200 politicians and leaders from business, culture, faith, sport, and media, to hear presentations by nine leading scientists and experts on the latest evidence on the climate and nature crisis, examining risks to everyday life, such as extreme weather, food security, health, economics, energy transition, and environment, chaired by Professor Mike Berners-Lee. The event has been adapted into an engaging and informative 50 minute film.
Our event is part of a rapidly growing programme of community and workplace screenings – to date over 3,400 in the UK. After the screening, there will be a friendly and constructive discussion about what the issues and concerns raised mean for Fulbourn and the wider area, and what positive action local people might take. Whether you are already active on these issues, or simply interested in learning more, this is a chance to hear the evidence, exchange ideas, and connect with others in the community.
Please note that booking is required so that we can ensure space for everyone. Come along, bring a friend or neighbour, and join the conversation. Booking is through TicketTailor:https://buytickets.at/fulbournforum/2470841
